What ingredients do you have available to you? What kind of drink do you want? What will you be enjoying this drink with? How alcoholic are we talking here?
My favorite cold drink is either A. a good beer, or B. an amoretto sour. I have drinks for all occasions, but I know what I like. Can you give a bit more info?

ok. i'm a big summer drink fan. here goes. you can make lemonade and add gin/vodka to your taste. put in a blender with ice and blend to desired thickness. you can make a strawberry, banana, or watermellon daiquiri in a blender. just add the fruit, juice of your pleasure some rum, and blend with ice. ok let's think some more. you can make a mad peach tea. take peach vodka, a shot of it, arnold palmer type tea, ice and voila you have the drink of champions. berry vodka is also good but I'm a peach gal all the way. same thing with lemonade. take peach vodka and mix with lemonade. add ice and enjoy. there are websites on the internet with great recipes as well. just put alcoholic icy summer coolers or some such in the search engine. hope this helps and i need an adult beverage.

I don't really like beer but on a real hot day sometimes there's nothing like an icy cold beer. I also love hard lemonade, and captain and diet coke.

Hard lemonade is good, nothing to sweet. A good foamy but stout beer is also really good: the foam so thick and well-poured it's like brown whipped cream. Now that's good right there!
